still can’t get it to work

I’ve been trying to get this to work for a couple days now. It won’t show me anything until I accept the agreement, which I think I have done multiple times now, and would again, if I could find the right place to do so. I don’t know if this is a Mac thing or what but it’s not working for me at all. Still waiting on support response…total frustration.
